Both pieces are hand constructed from deep blue wool and finished with traditional brown corded braid trim, also known as soutache. The child vest matches the jacket and was likely made for a young boy to wear during festivals or formal events, while the adult jacket would have belonged to a parent or elder.

This is a white tee shirt for the Budapest sports club: Ujpesti Torna Egylet. Ujpesti is a neighborhood of Budapest, but if you are reading this, you probably know that. This shirt was bought in Budapest in 2005 as an interesting “souvenir” and NEVER WORN; kept in storage, away from light and in a smoke free environment. I can’t tell what size they call this; but based on the measurement shown in the photo, I think it is a size L, or certainly a comfy medium. 100% cotton. The graphic is printed on the shirt – it is not a decal, nor is it sewn or embroidered. The shit is bright white – there are no stains or discolorations, as it was never worn – please look closely at the photos.
